Dynamic development of Focus Hotels chain

The Focus Hotels network belonging to Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE showed its 2018 results. The average occupancy rate of rooms in 2018 reached the level of 65.5% (+ 3% y/y), and the average room price was PLN 176 net (+ 5% y/y). The RevPAR index increased by more than PLN 8 y/y and it amounted to PLN 115.

The company achieved PLN 54.2 million of net revenue in 2018 and in the same period of 2017 it was PLN 44.4 million, which means an increase of PLN 9.8 million vs. 2017 (+ 22.1%). This increase was mainly caused by four factors:







  • a full year of operation of the four-star Focus Premium Pod Orłem in Bydgoszcz (taking over since April 2017),


  • opening of the Focus Premium Sopot facility since April 2018,


  • opening of the Focus Poznań facility since October 2018,


  • very good sales results of both Gdansk hotels and hotels in Łódź and Chorzów.




The above data refer to ten hotels operating under the Focus Hotels brand located in Bydgoszcz, Gdańsk, Sopot, Poznań, Łódź, Szczecin, Chorzów and Inowrocław, with a total of 889 rooms.

FOCUS Hotels S.A. for several years has been consistently focused on network development by attracting investors who want to invest their assets in the segment of long-term hotel lease with a guaranteed return on investment. The company plans to open more hotels in major Polish cities such as Wrocław and Kraków as well as in smaller business centers of over 100,000. residents.



In October 2018, a hotel in Poznań was opened. It offers 92 rooms. In May 2019 the company opened the FOCUS PREMIUM Lublin hotel. This is the eleventh hotel chain that offers 76 rooms and modern conference facilities with an area of ​​350 m2.



On 27.06.2018, a building permit was obtained covering the reconstruction of an office building located in Bydgoszcz at Bernardyńska 13 for a hotel facility with 86 rooms and a hotel infrastructure in a three-star standard.



In September 2018, the construction of the FOCUS Premium Hotel in Warsaw began. This hotel will be equipped with 234 rooms and a congress center with an area of ​​2000 m2.
