Finishing works are underway at the 2nd stage of Osiedle Uniwersyteckie, implemented in Bydgoszcz's Fordon by CDI, the leader of the development segment of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE and one of the largest developers in Bydgoszcz. In the final phase, such internal elements of the buildings as apartment doors and staircase tiles were implemented. Outside, works on greenery and playgrounds are coming to an end.

In the second stage of Osiedle Uniwersyteckie there were 106 apartments with an area from 26.67 to 73.44 m2, located in three twin buildings. The construction of this stage of the investment started at the beginning of 2020. The construction phase was nearing its end in the fall, and in November the traditional topping out of this construction phase was hung. The following months on the construction site were spent on installation works, inserting windows, making elevations or finishing common parts. Currently, finishing works are coming to an end, mainly in the development of greenery and plantings, playgrounds and in staircases. The whole project will be completed this year, so that the handover of apartments in this stage will begin soon.

The construction of the previous, first stage of the estate, consisting of three buildings with 108 flats, took two years and was completed in June 2020. Ultimately, fifteen multi-family buildings will be built here. Each of the buildings will have five floors, including four residential (above-ground) and one partially underground. On the lowest one, individual garages and storage rooms are planned.
