The facility will join the group of 4-star hotels, which include hotels in Sopot, Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz, Inowrocław and Lublin. Guests will have at their disposal 85 rooms, 5 conference rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a Wellness & Spa zone, a swimming pool, a sauna, a gym and an underground garage. The opening of the facility is planned for May 2021, and the hotel itself will be the 12th facility of the chain. The company plans to incur expenditures to upgrade the standard of the hotel in order to strengthen its leadership position in the local market.
- The conclusion of the contract with the next hotel owner is extremely satisfying for us and shows that despite the prevailing market situation related to the pandemic, we are firmly on our feet and do not slow down the pace of development, and our offer is even more appreciated in these difficult times. We are also pleased with the opening of the first facility in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Of course, we will make every effort to ensure that the new hotel in Elbląg meets the expectations of all our guests - says Łukasz Płoszyński, Vice President of the Management Board of the Focus Hotels chain.
The new hotel, like other Focus hotels, will offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and free access to a business corner with a printer. Hotel guests will be able to use the sauna and gym free of charge. Each room will be equipped with a large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, TV, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, guests will receive a free take-away coffee and sandwich, as it is the case in all the chain's facilities. On the other hand, children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, accommodated in a room with their parents or guardians, in accordance with the brand's standard, will stay overnight free of charge.
