The Management Board of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. at their meeting on April 24, 2018, adopted a resolution recommending to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company to pass a dividend - already the third in a row .

The Management Board of the IMMOBILE Group recommends to continue the payment of the dividend in 2018, proposing allocation of the 2017 profit in the amount of PLN 5.275.405,24 for this purpose. In previous years, the value of the dividend increased. It would not be different now - its value would be higher than in the previous year and amount to PLN 0.07 per share.

Our shareholders are extremely important to us - thanks to their commitment we can implement the strategy and our business goals. Therefore, we want them to participate in our successes and once again share the dividend with them. We would like to remain a dividend company in the future - said Rafał Jerzy, President of the Management Board of GK IMMOBILE.

If the General Meeting approves this proposal, the company will pay the dividend for the third year in a row. Last year, the company's shareholders received a payment of the dividend on September 30. Its rate, at the closing rate of 30 June 2017, was 1.6%.
