The newly built building is located at 4 Serafitek Street in Poznań, next to the green areas of Kurpiński Park. It will offer 92 air-conditioned rooms ranging in size from 14.5 m2 to 18.5 m2, including 11 premium rooms with panoramic views of the city. The hotel will also offer conference facilities as well as a restaurant, bar, sauna, gym and an underground parking lot.

At present, the procedures for the acceptance of the facility are being completed. It is planned to open in early October. The investor who built the hotel is Goldfinch 4. We informed about the agreement under which the investor joined the Focus Hotels network in May last year.

Just like other Focus hotels, the new facility will offer fast, free Wi-Fi throughout the building and free access to a sauna and a gym. Each room will be equipped with a large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, TV set, desk to work and coffee and tea maker. In addition, guests will receive coffee and a take-away sandwiches free of charge, as is the case in all facilities of the network. On the other hand, children and young people under 18 years of age, accommodated in a room with their parents or guardians, according to the brand standard, will stay overnight free of charge.

Currently, the Focus Hotels chain consists of 9 hotels currently operating in Poland. The final hotel to join the chain in April this year was a premium hotel in Sopot. Currently, two more are under construction - in Warsaw and in Lublin. In addition, the company is actively negotiating new agreements related to new openings, both domestically and abroad. They are particularly interested in Romania. The network also plans its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
