On October 8, Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE informed with a current report that it had received information about the selection of Gaz System S.A. offers of the Consortium with the participation of GKI's subsidiaries for the execution of construction works for the investment in the expansion of the Gas Compressor Station in Odolanów.

Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz System S.A. selected a consortium with the participation of subsidiaries of the IMMOBILE Group: Atrem S.A. as a consortium leader and PJP MAKRUM S.A. and Projprzem Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., in the contract award procedure for the implementation of the task under the name "Performance of construction works for the investment in the expansion of the Gas Compressor Station in Goleniów, the expansion of the Gas Compressor Station in Odolanów and the construction of the Gas Compressor Station in Gustorzyn" in the part concerning the expansion of the Gas Compressor Station in Odolanów.

Value of the share of the subsidiary ATREM S.A. included in the Consortium's offer is PLN 45,316,836.50 net, and the value of the share of the subsidiaries PJP Makrum S.A. and Projprzem Budownictwo Sp. z o.o. included in the Consortium's offer is PLN 85,299,000.00 net. The company will inform about the conclusion of the relevant agreement by another current report.
