On June 14, the Polish chain of Focus Hotels S.A., belonging to Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. opened a new hotel in Szczecin. The facility is located in two completely modernized and expanded tenement houses located at the corner of Zawiszy Czarnego Square and 3 Maja Street. This 4-star hotel offers 89 comfortably furnished rooms, including 7 luxury suites, and conference facilities, which include 4 conference rooms with a total area of 250 sq m.

Grand Focus Hotel Szczecin is the second facility of the chain to be established in Szczecin and the first to operate under the Grand brand. Located in the central, well-connected part of the city, near the Odra River, it guarantees relax for both individual and business clients. The location of the facility is its undeniable advantage - it is located in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station.

It is worth mentioning that the hotel is located in the historic building of Dohrn. Built in 1853, it was one of the first buildings in the Nowe Miasto district. Thanks to a complete renovation, it has gained a second life and definitely attracts the eyes of passers-by with its beautiful facade. The interior of the hotel also impresses - the highest-quality, luxurious materials were used to finish.

89 rooms and 4 conference rooms are at the guests' disposal. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, sauna and gym. Everything has been designed so that the hotel reflects the spirit of the Grand brand - on the floors in the common areas we have beautiful Italian tiles, and the ceilings are crowned with rich decors and crystal chandeliers.

The opening of the first hotel under the Grand brand is definitely a great success of the chain. It is the twelfth Focus Hotels facility, which confirms that the cooperation model developed by the chain inspires confidence in the market. The new hotel, like other Focus hotels, offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. Hotel guests can use the sauna and gym free of charge. Each room has a large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, TV, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, guests will receive a free take-away coffee and sandwich, as it is the case in all the chain's facilities. On the other hand, children and adolescents up to 18 years of age, accommodated in a room with their parents or guardians, in accordance with the brand's standard, will stay free of charge.
