The commision procedures of the most modern A class office building in Bydgoszcz - IMMOBILE K3 are progressing.The first tenants will move in as early as in November, and this building will permanently enter the landscape of the Bydgoszcz Old Town, becoming the signature investment project of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE.

Last week, the fire protection of the building went throughg the most important tests.Smoke clouds in the garage hall are the result of a test smoke, which was carried out in the presence of appropriate services to check the proper functioning of alarm and ventilation systems.IMMOBILE K3 passed this test easilu, so further controls can be carried out.

Also this week the building was visited by students of architecture of the University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz. Maciej Daniel, project manager, played the role of a guide on the construction site, who shared with young adepts of architecture many curiosities and facts related to the construction of the IMMOBILE K3 office building. Students could thoroughly view the building and also admire the impressive views of the Old Town of Bydgoszcz, which extend from the upper floors of the building.We present a short photographic relation from this visit:
