This month, the name of the leader of the industrial segment of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE was officially changed. The company PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. changed its name to PJP MAKRUM S.A. On July 27, this change was entered in the National Court Register, and the change was included in the current statute of the company, approved by the General Meeting held on June 29, 2020.

From mid-2020, the company begins its operation under the official name of PJP MAKRUM Spółka Akcyjna. The company also presented a new logo:

The PJP MAKRUM Industrial Group operates in the following industries: industrial construction, production and distribution of reloading systems, automatic parking lots, industrial machinery and warehouse technology products. Since 1999, it has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, initially as PROJPRZEM S.A., then PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A. In November 2016, the company was incorporated into the structures of the IMMOBILE Group, strengthening the industrial sector of the Bydgoszcz conglomerate.
