At the beginning of May, the Focus Hotels S.A. chain opened a new hotel in Elbląg. A company belonging to Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. signed a fifteen-year lease agreement for the facility located in the very center of the city. The facility, located at Stary Rynek Street, has 85 rooms, including 5 suites and conference facilities with a total area of over 600 sq m, the hotel also has a restaurant, included in the Gault & Millau culinary guide, a Wellness & SPA zone, a swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness room.

Focus Hotel Premium Elbląg is the first facility of the chain to operate in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. Located in the central part of the city, the hotel guarantees relaxation for both individual and business clients. The facility joins the group of 4-star hotels, which include hotels in Sopot, Gdańsk, Bydgoszcz, Inowrocław and Lublin. There are 85 rooms, 3 conference rooms, restaurant, bar, Wellness & Spa zone, swimming pool, sauna, gym and an underground garage at your disposal. The facility will be the twelfth hotel of the chain. The company plans to incur expenditures to upgrade the standard of the hotel in order to strengthen its leadership position in the local market.

The new hotel, like other Focus hotels, will offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and free access to a business corner with a printer. Hotel guests will be able to use the sauna and gym free of charge. Each room will be equipped with a large and comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, TV, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. In addition, guests will receive a free take-away coffee and sandwich, as it is the case in all the chain's facilities. On the other hand, children and teenagers up to 18 years of age, accommodated in a room with their parents or guardians, in accordance with the brand's standard, will stay overnight free of charge.
