On 31 May - 2 June 2019, the annual WallStreet Conference, organized by the Association of Individual Investors (SII), was held in Karpacz. Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. participated in the largest capital market meeting in Poland for the fifth year. During our presentation, we summarized our development over the years in which the company presented its activities at this conference.

The company was presented by the President of the Management Board, Rafał Jerzy and Piotr Szczeblewski, the President of the Group's industrial leader - PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A., during the presentation of the Forum Akcjonariat on the second day of the conference. They spoke about the transformation of the Group over the five years of our presence on the WallStreet - from the first visit in 2015, where we introduced ourselves as a company focused on individual shareholders, seeing our competitive advantages in diversification. During the conference, a year later, we informed about the start of acquisition of PROJPRZEM company and starting the activity in the field of automatic parking systems. A year later, the Capital Group with a strengthened industrial segment shared its idea for the restructuring of PROJPRZEM-MAKRUM. Last year at WallStreet, we talked about the adopted development strategy through acquisitions and ordering the Group's structure. During this year's stay in Karpacz, we most often answered questions about the next industrial acquisition of Atrem. During the presentation, we also showed how the network of Focus hotels grew every year and how we developed further development projects in the Group. We also praised the growth of our shareholders and attendance at General Meetings during last years.

The company's presentation was led by the President of the Management Board of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE Rafał Jerzy and the President of the Management Board of PROJPRZEM MAKRUM, Piotr Szczeblewski. After the presentation, they answered the viewers 'questions, and during the entire conference, along with the other representatives of the company, they spoke with investors at the company's stand. At the conference, they also met with the group of Shareholders of the IMMOBILE Group, whom we thank very much for supporting our presence at the WallStreet.

The company's representatives also took part in the evening gala of the WallStreet conference, during which the President Rafał Jerzy received the award for the company for the continuous and high quality of communication with individual investors.
