On August 1st, pursuant to the resolution of the company’s Management Board, Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. has changed the address of its headquarters. The new address is Plac Kościeleckich 3, 85-033 Bydgoszcz. The company passed this information in the current report no 28/2019.

Now the official headquarters of Grupa Kapitałowej IMMOBILE is the modern office building IMMOBILE K3, located in Bydgoszcz at Plac Kościeleckich 3. The Secretariat of the company and conference rooms are available on the fourth floor of the building. The company has been preparing for moving for a long time; now all of its employees have already occupied their new offices. The new headquarters in a prestigious location in the city center, 100 meters from the Old Market Square in Bydgoszcz, is a great meeting point with clients and contractors, and the comforts of an A-class office building are convenience for our employees. The new headquarters is the next step in the dynamic development of Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE and at the same time the flagship development project implemented by the company.

Following the parent company, the other subsidiaries remaining in the IMMOBILE Group will also change the seat, including companies like CDI Konsultanci Budowlani and Focus Hotels. Previously, the industrial companies of the Group, along with PROJPRZEM MAKRUM S.A., have also changed their headquarters. Earlier, the headquarters of the Group's companies scattered around Bydgoszcz, now operate in a common location, to use their synergies even more effectively.

Together with the IMMOBILE Group, such companies as SII, Bank Ochrony Środowiska, mFinanse, Aviva or UOKiK have also located their headquarters at IMMOBILE K3 office.The new retaurant La Rosa will open here soon too.
