On January 30, the Management Board of the Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE announced the conclusion of the final sale contract of CH Faktoria with a commercial law company whose main activity is the rental of commercial space. In this way, the Group implements the strategy assumptions aimed at reorganizing the structure. It assumes, among others sale of non-operational assets with which the Group does not associate further investment plans. The company will allocate the funds obtained from the transaction for further development in its main segments - industry, hotel and development.
Cezaro sp.z o.o., a subsidiary of the Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE, sold perpetual usufruct rights together with the ownership of buildings located on it in Bydgoszcz at ul. Gdańska 138-140. The transaction value was set at PLN 19.5 million plus VAT due (total gross price is PLN 23.985 million).
Implementing the strategy set for 2018-2022, the sale of CH Faktoria is another disposal of assets that could not contribute to the further development of the main segments. The first transaction of this type was the sale of Pomerania Shipyard in 2018, whose activity was difficult to clearly assign to the segments in which the Group operates. The same situation can be expected after full commercialization of the IMMOBILE K3 office building. Funds obtained from the sale of non-operational assets are allocated for further development, without excluding subsequent acquisitions of entities matching the Group's business profile.
