The Group recorded an increase in revenues from the lease of assets through the implementation of its own investment - IMMOBILE K3. Starting from October 2018, occupancy permits were successively obtained and the premises were handed over to tenants of the office part. The tenants present in the Immobile K3 office building, next to the companies of the IMMOBILE Group (including PJP Makrum, CDI Konsultanci Budowlani, Projprzem Budownictwo), include: SII, UOKiK, mFinance, Aviva, Bank Ochrony Środowiska and La Rosa restaurant with event space. The building offers the last office space ready for rent.

IMMOBILE K3 offers 8,800 m2 of office and retail space in the city center, just 100 meters from the Old Market Square.
