We are pleased to announce that BORG5 has joined the group of tenants of Immobile K3. We are glad that the offered space has gained recognition among both Bydgoszcz entrepreneurs and representatives of companies that are just starting their business in our city. The event offer was enriched by a new space related to the La Rosa restaurant.

The BORG5 company has chosen an office with an area of 250 m2 in the Immobile K3 building for its Polish headquarters. BORG5 deals with the design, implementation and migration of telecommunications networks essential for rail safety, mainly on the British market.

Recently, the space was handed over right next to the La Rosa restaurant operating in the basement of the building. Its owners adapted the adjacent space, allocating it for the organization of special events in the heart of the city! As they write on their website, the strengths of the K3 event room include:

  • the total area of over 440 m2

  • air conditioning in each of the rooms

  • non-slip floor

  • partially glazed ceiling

  • a separate space for the stage and the dance floor

  • extensive menu of the La Rosa restaurant

  • the possibility of dividing the K3 room into three smaller ones with sizes: K1 - 75 m2, K2 - 187 m2, K3 - 185 m2

  • full freedom to decorate the room in accordance with the preferred style or theme of the ceremony

The tenants present in the Immobile K3 office building, apart from the companies of the IMMOBILE Group and the La Rosa restaurant, include, among others: SII, UOKiK, mFinance, Aviva and Bank Ochrony Środowiska.
