Focus Hotels offers hotel owners two flexible cooperation models: leasing and hotel management. This allows us to tailor our offerings to the individual needs of investors and the characteristics of the property. The lease model provides a long-term contract with a guaranteed return on investment in the form of rent – secured by a bank or insurance guarantee. The investor knows the return from the outset and can apply for bank financing. The management model allows the owner to retain ownership and greater control over the property, while entrusting the operational management of the hotel to the experienced Focus Hotels team.
