History

The roots of the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group date back to 1868, when Herman Lohnert began repairing agricultural machinery. Over the next century and a half, under the name MAKRUM, the company gained international recognition as a manufacturer of crushers and mining machinery. However, the turning point came in 2001, when Rafał Jerzy became MAKRUM's main shareholder, and the company began dynamically operating in the offshore and marine industries. In 2007, it was listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Another important event was the merger of MAKRUM with Immobile Sp. z o.o. and its transformation into the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group.

Completion of the reorganization process of the IMMOBILE Capital Group
