The Immobile Capital Group is the only conglomerate listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Group operates in five segments: industry (the WSE-listed PJP Makrum industrial group – handling systems, parking platforms, warehouse equipment, crushing and grinding machines, aluminum joinery and facades), construction (Projprzem Budownictwo, part of PJP Makrum), automation and power engineering (the stock exchange-listed Atrem), hospitality (the nationwide Focus Hotels chain), and development (CDI KB, which is building three housing estates in Bydgoszcz).

According to published forecasts, the Group's revenue for the first half of 2023 is expected to reach PLN 383.5 million.

IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. In addition to the parent company, two of its subsidiaries are listed companies. PJP Makrum S.A. debuted in 1999, while Atrem entered the Polish stock exchange in 2008.
