Due to the acquisition of ATREM S.A. in the first half of 2019, a new business segment was created – automation and electrical power engineering.
The automation segment provides engineering services in the field of industrial automation, control and measurement equipment, information technology, telemetry, telecommunications, regulation, electronics, metrology, and installation, ventilation, and heating services. The power segment provides low, medium, and high voltage power services for clients in the construction, industrial, and energy sectors, including renewable energy sources. Since 1999, Atrem S.A. has been offering comprehensive services in the broadly understood engineering support for large infrastructure and construction projects, and has been listed on the Polish Stock Exchange since 2008.
Atrem utilizes cutting-edge technologies to create individual solutions, holding numerous industry certifications and authorizations. Our advantage is our consistently implemented business model, which allows for comprehensive service across the entire value chain: from design, through construction, to operation and maintenance of completed installations. Our offerings are aimed at both general contractors of large infrastructure projects and directly at investors.
Who we are
We offer a broad range of engineering services in the areas of power generation, gas, liquid fuels, cogeneration systems, water and sewage networks, telecommunications, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and environmental protection. We also provide general investment management (GRI). We have developed a range of proprietary IT solutions, including supporting logistics, streamlining document flow and archiving, and visualizing technological processes. We also manufacture equipment used in instrumentation, measurement, and automation (I&C) systems and related systems. Recent years have seen a boom in renewable energy sources. Industry is turning to renewable energy sources, and the demand for green energy is estimated to increase by more than half in the next two decades. Atrem engineers have completed projects including wind farms, photovoltaic systems, biogas-based cogeneration systems, and trigeneration systems.

The company continues to implement and bid for new projects in the renewable energy sector. Over the years, we have participated in numerous projects related to the construction of wind farms, including the construction of power lines and Main Collection Points (GPOs). Leveraging our extensive experience gained from conducting various energy projects, we are able to provide comprehensive services at the highest technical level, consistent with the standards applicable to individual power plants. Our expertise in power engineering, automation, ventilation, and heating systems, combined with extensive experience in the gaseous and liquid fuels industry (explosion-hazard zones), gives us extensive expertise in the comprehensive implementation of cogeneration and trigeneration projects. Projects completed by the Group include contracts for Energa-Operator, Enea Operator, Poczta Polska, and companies within the PGNiG Capital Group, GAZ-SYSTEM, and other large enterprises. The Atrem Group actively seeks contracts in international markets, including projects for the Dalaman Airport terminal in Turkey and the Krasnoyarsk Airport. The company executes projects both as a general contractor and as a subcontractor for the largest construction groups in Poland.
